British Engineers have designed a micro car called Clever (for compact low-emission vehicle for urban transport). It was launched at Bath University, one of the centres behind the three year project. Its developers hope to see it on all the streets of London, Paris & Rome within 5 years at a purchase price of as little as 5000 pounds ($12,000USD).
